Something lingers on my mind, and yet I can’t put a name to it. Guilt stays in my heart, and worse things in my head. Nothing has been able to cure it, so here I am on my knees asking for reassurance and help from our god. She is not just that, she is a friend. She is there when needed and has been there since the beginning of time. She has been there for the cavemen with fat hairy chest and for the cute girls who sit in their room all day trying to find a meaning to life… yet it still lingers. I try to find the words to describe this feeling that weighs me down everyday, but nothing comes to mind. Typical. Perhaps it’s this feeling that I’m doing something wrong in the eyes of the one above… or maybe its the fact that I feel that way. As I lay in bed and think about it more and more, I realize something. I’m doubting myself and my existence… Would she want this for me? She carries our guilt and our despair. She wants to be there for all the children and old pedophiles in the world, because we are all her children… This feeling of guilt isn’t because I’m not enough, It’s because I don’t trust her to believe I am.
